Rental Policies

Clear, simple policies so your delivery and event day go smoothly. If you have questions, call/text 315-884-1498.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery windows: Delivery and pickup times depend on schedule, item type, and location.
  • Clear access: Please make sure we have a clear path to the setup area (gates unlocked, pets secured, snow/ice cleared).
  • Setup area ready: Setup area should be flat and clear of furniture, debris, and vehicles.
  • Adult on-site: For some setups, an adult may be required on-site at delivery.

Weather Policy

  • Safety first: Some items cannot be set up in unsafe weather (high wind, lightning, severe storms).
  • We’ll communicate: If weather is questionable, we’ll contact you to discuss options.
  • Rain plans: Light rain is usually okay for many items, but conditions vary by product.
  • Reschedule option: When possible, we’ll help you reschedule to a better date.
Note: Final decisions for safe setup are made by Friendly Party Rental staff on event day.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Contact us ASAP: The earlier you reach out, the more options we can offer.
  • Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to move your rental to a new available date.
  • Last-minute changes: Some last-minute changes may not be possible due to routing and staffing.
